FuWaFuWa Pet ships to Singapore and selected international destinations shown at checkout.

Singapore shipping

For Singapore orders, standard shipping is S$4.90 for orders under S$88. Orders of S$88 and above qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Estimated Singapore delivery time is 5-10 business days after processing.

Express shipping

If express shipping is available for your address, the option and price will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email or SMS once it becomes available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier.

Supplier and fulfilment network

Some items may ship through our supplier or fulfilment partner network. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs checks, courier capacity, public holidays, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
